Flat Sheet
(nominal thickness 12/13mm.)

Whole or cut sheet up to maximum 8ft X 4ft, 2440mmX1220mm.

Ideal wall cladding material for clean rooms, food preparation areas, medical and veterinary exam rooms, laboratories and shower areas. The gelcoat surface has good chemical resistance, is easily cleaned and the foam core provides a degree of thermal insulation which reduces the formation of condensation. These sheets are also ideal for bonding to old tiled walls where upgrading is required to meet health and safety requirements.

 

Moulded Sheet

Available in a variety of specific sizes with the same qualities as the flat sheet, but with moulded edges. These moulded boards and cut flat sheets are designed for use in signage applications as they provide the ideal rigid, strong, yet lightweight material for weather-resistant signs that will accept vinyl decals or can be integrally gelcoat screen printed. We have existing moulds in a number of sizes and shapes, although new moulds can be made to the client’s exact requirements.

 

 

Pyramid Sign

Our free-standing equilateral triangular sign has a number of applications for information, instructions and advertising. It is highly wind stable, unlike other portable signs such as A-frames or free-standing verticals.

 

 

 

Vehicle Roof Plinth

This square-based pyramid can be permanently fitted to the vehicle roof or fixed in position using magnetic strips and anchor straps. The top has a small platform to take an emergency or warning flasher and the sides will take vinyl signage and decals.
